Sanctuary's Trip Cancellation Policy

In the event that an individual who has signed up and paid for a Sanctuary Ski Club trip chooses to cancel their spot within 45 days of the scheduled departure, they shall be assessed a trip cancellation fee of $25 ($10 for a Midwest trip), and all other costs which accrue to the club as a result of the cancellation.

The club will make every effort to resell the vacancy.  If that is unsuccessful, the club will attempt to obtain refunds for unused services to minimize the cancellation costs to the individual.

The trip cancellation fee shall be automatically applied to all cancellations within 45 days of the scheduled departure, and may be waived with the approval of the executive board for a reasonable hardship cause.  Cancellations more than 45 days prior to departure will not be assessed the trip cancellation fee, the individual will be responsible for unrecoverable costs that may accrue to the club.

Refund check will not be issued until 45-60 days after the trip has completed.

Transfers of money between trips will be reviewed on a case by case basis subject to the approval of the Executive Board.
