Saturday, July 31st -- Baseball Chicago White Sox - Come and join us for a night of Southside baseball (great deal - limited tickets) click here for more details and a flyer - if you've signed up get your tickets now or meet us at the tailgate party in parking lot "E" at 4:00!!! Wednesday, August 4th -- General Club Meeting: Our general meetings are held at 8:00 p.m. - Note: we'll be meeting outside on the deck, at Cabana Charley's (click here for directions), 6315 Main Street, Woodridge, IL 60517 - which is located within the Northwest Section of Seven Bridges Development which is just off of Route 53, just North of Hobson Rd near the Cinemark IMAX® Theatre at Seven Bridges. Non-members are always welcome! Saturday, August 7th -- Annual 9-Hole Golf Outing: Join us at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Westmont. Tee off begins at 1:00pm. The cost is $41 which includes: golf, pool party and dinner & drinks. We only have a limited number of spots, so sign up early. Saturday, August 14th -- Kane County Cougars Baseball Game: meet at 5 PM, game starts at 6 - includes: great reserved Box seats, free parking, fireworks and lots of fun - for more details click here for a flyer. Wednesday, August 18th -- TRIP KICK-OFF: Get ready to signup for any of our major 2010/2011 trips. NOTE: you must be a member (your membership renewed) prior to this event in order to have trip signup priority. The location is the same as our general meetings - at Cabana Charley's (click here for directions), 6315 Main Street, Woodridge, IL 60517 - which is located within the Northwest Section of Seven Bridges Development which is just off of Route 53, just North of Hobson Rd near the Cinemark IMAX® Theatre at Seven Bridges. Be there early it starts at 7:30 PM. So, definitely stop by to socialize, meet friends, signup for trips, indulge in complimentary appetizers and participate in our raffle. Saturday, August 21st -- Paddle & Pub: Join us kayaking on the Fox River via Geneva Kayak Center 5pm – 8pm, in Geneva, IL - for more details click here for a flyer. Sunday, August 22nd -- Bike Ride: the Des Plaines River Trail (Lake County) bike ride -- we'll meet at 10 AM for one of the best bike trails in the Chicago area, we're planning a 22 mile ride starting from Half Day Forest Preserve - for more details click here for a flyer. Thursday, September 9th -- Board Meeting - 7:30 p.m. Sunday, September 12th -- Bike Ride: the Fox River Trail, Aurora to St. Charles, we'll meet at 10 AM and bike approximately 22 miles - then we'll stop nearby Walter Payton's Roundhouse for a drink & a bite to eat and watch the Chicago Bears play the Detroit Lions at 1 PM -- more details to come. The bike ride will be approximately 12 to 30 leisurely miles on a paved trail - more details to come..
