The Exchange Club of Naperville established Project H.E.L.P. as a Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse in 1992. Focused on stopping child abuse before it happens, Project H.E.L.P. supports parent education through the Parent Mentor Program. Ribfest proceeds help fund Project H.E.L.P.
