“The Best of Broadway”

Chicago Symphony Orchestra will play the great songs from Rogers & Hammerstein, Cole Porter, and Gershwin from shows such as Oklahoma, the Sound of Music, and South Pacific

Time: The concert begins at 5:00pm. We suggest you arrive at 3:00pm to find the group, avoid traffic delays, relax, picnic, and quench your thirst. Don’t forget to bring a chair, blanket, picnic basket, candles, and beverages to enjoy an evening under the stars with your ski friends.

Place: Ravinia Festival, 200 Ravinia Park Rd. Highland Park, (North of lake Cook Rd. on Green Bay Rd) Meet the group in McClure Meadow, on the pavilion side of the bronze Merry-Go-round statue (use 2-way radio to location each other on 7-7 upon arrival in park)

Cost: $11 for lawn tickets until they are gone. Only 18 tickets will be purchased in advance. Parking is $10 in the lot, or use the free Park’ N Ride shuttle.
