Directions: The park entrance for grove #1 is on the West side of Wolf Rd, between Ogden Ave and 31st, in Western Springs, just north of the Salt Creek, (Wolf Rd is the 1st traffic light signal East of 294 Tri-State Tollway), grove #1 will be the 1st picnic grove to your right - click here for a map.

It's time to show off your cooking, baking or buying skills by bringing a food item to share! The club will mainly provide the meats (chicken, burgers, sausages, hot dogs ...), condiments, and beverages (beer, wine, water, sodas). If you bring a food item (focus on side dishes, appetizers or deserts) you will receive a raffle ticket. Bringing a homemade prepared, cooked or baked item will earn you a second ticket! Signup or renew your club membership and receive yet another chance to win prizes!

Sanctuary members admitted FREE, Non-Member guests admitted with food item, or pay $5.

We'll have volley ball set up. If you're interested in other types of games (frisbee, bocce, a ball & glove,... etc.) we encourage you to bring them. If you're coming primarily to relax and socialize don't forget to bring a lawn chair.

Definitely plan to stop by; our tentative trip schedule for the upcoming 2008/2009 Ski Season will be revealed. Also, consider showing up a little earlier at 10 AM and participate in our bike ride - click here for details.
