Sanctuary Ski Club’s Bike Ride of the Month! Are you ready to pump? Old Plank Road Trail in Frankfort Sunday, September 23nd

(don't worry about missing the Bears game - they play at 7:15 PM against Dallas)

40-mile option: 9:00 AM WE MEET, 9:30 AM WE RIDE!
20-mile option: 11:00 AM WE MEET, 11:30 AM WE RIDE!

40-mile option (we'll ride east): 9:00 am we will meet in Frankfort at the Trolley Barn, 11 South White Street. The Trolley Barn is an antique marketplace with a deli and ice cream shop. Frankfort is just south of Orland Park, at the intersection of routes 45 and 30. The trail is flat and paved in blacktop, so skinny tires will work fine. See the map below. 20-mile option: 11:30 we leave Frankfort and will ride West on the bicycle path. We will decide on places to eat and drink before and during the ride. BICYCLE LOCK • WATER BOTTLE • MONEY • SPARE INNER TUBE • 2-WAY RADIO

HELMET & SEAT BAG or RACK (FOR CARRYING THE ABOVE)

For the Talkabout 2-way radio fans, we will be jabbering on channel 7 / band 7.

Just show up, meet the group, and ride (SHOW AND GO).
